What is Maison de Reve?
Studio Marchant includes a treasure trove of objects for your collections–in Maison de Reve antiques. We’ve scoured Europe for one-of-a-kind rare objects, artifacts, lighting, and furnishings that are unique in the world and strong in their presence.
What is the Caluna Foundation?
Our Maison de Reve antiques collection contributes 50% of sales proceeds to the Caluna Foundation non-profit charity. Your purchase will support this worthy cause and directly contributes to improving the lives of children and families affected by childhood cancer in Africa. What are your showroom hours?
Currently the Austin Studio Marchant showroom and Maison de Reve is open Wednesdays from 10am - 5pm or by appointment only. Please reach out if you want to schedule an appointment outside of this time.
What is your return policy?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
After processing, handling, and packing, the delivery timeline of your order will follow UPS Ground timelines from our Austin, Texas location.
How can I track my order?
Along with an order confirmation, you will be sent an email with tracking when your order is updated. Additionally, if you check out using the Shop App, it will update you with relevant shipping information via email or text.
Do you ship internationally?
Maison de Reve does not currently offer international shipping.
How do I request a freight quote for an oversized item?
All items that are oversized or that will need special shipping will require a freight quote. You will not be able to place these items in the cart to obtain a shipping price. To purchase or inquire about these items you will use the 'REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE' button on their individual page. You will be directed to a form where you can request a freight estimate based on the details you provide and submit.
Can I quote and manage my oversized order to my preferred freight company?
If you prefer to manage your own freight order and use a freight company of your choice, please let us know by requesting 'Customer managed freight shipment' in our online shipping quote request. You will find this option after clicking on the button 'REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE' on each oversized item individual page. You will be directed to a form where you can submit a request for customer managed shipments.
Can I pick up my order locally from the showroom?
If you are local and would prefer to pick up your order in person please reach out to us. If your purchase is for an oversized item please fill out the request for 'Customer pickup at 1204 E 7th, Austin, TX 78702' on our online shipping quote request. You will find this option after clicking on the button 'REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE' on each oversized item individual page. You will be directed to a form where you can submit a request for a local pickup.
Do you offer White Glove delivery services?
Some orders are available to be shipped with White Glove delivery. Please reach out so we can discuss the options.
What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Trade Questions
Do you offer a trade discounts?
We offer industry discounts to the trade including architects and interior designers. Please contact us with your resale tax ID number, credentials or trade related website in order to receive a discount. Find out more about trade registration on our Trade Support page.
I am tax exempt. Why am I seeing tax applied to my order?
Currently, our site does not manage your exempt status. Please reach out to us to place a tax-free order.
